If the sound doesnt work, try setting your phone to audio ring instead if vibrate. Keeping the phone on silent blocks the app audio. This game is really basic eye-hand coordination and requires the child to figure out how to use the device leveling to catch the balloons & letters. True, there is no way to lose and I didnt see any point-value incentives to capture balloons and letters but my kids love playing it regardless and it still exposes them to spelling and vocabulary in the process. They ask to play the game and it holds their attention and thats all I need!
